What insurance providers to you accept?

We accept many insurance providers, including those listed below. However, if you don’t see your insurance provider on our list, we may still be able to work with them. Please call our office find out if we can submit claims to your insurance or to confirm current insurance providers.

Aetna, Allegiance Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Healthy Montana Kids BCBS, Montana Association of Counties (MACo), Montana Unified School Trust (MUST), and Pacific Source.

When is my co-pay due?

Co-payment is due at time of service.

How does a deductible affect my payment responsibilities?

If your deductible has not been met, full payment is due at time of service.

Do insurance companies offer coverage for naturopathic medicine?

In Montana, insurance companies are required to offer coverage for Naturopathic Medicine. However, this does not mean your specific plan includes naturopathic medical coverage. A quick call to your insurance company will determine what your plan covers. We are happy to verify coverage with your insurance company.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover Naturopathic Medicine?

If your insurance does not cover Naturopathic Medicine, payment in full is required at time of visit. We can provide a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of office visits. We cannot guarantee reimbursement and recommend consulting with your insurance company to verify coverage under your plan.

What if I don’t have health insurance?

We believe Naturopathic Medicine should be affordable and available to everyone. Prearranged payment options may be available for special circumstances. Please inquire by calling our office at (406) 388-6676.
